Why is it sometimes our bodies seem slow and tiresome?. The mind might be willing to get out of bed yet your body is telling you otherwise. A lot of times people compensate for this by having a cigarette, having a cup of coffee, or even overeating. You might get a jolt, but it will only be temporary. Over time, our bodies will continue to build up toxins.
Most everyone these days leads a very fast paced lifestyle so we need our bodies to constantly be ready to get up and go. There are people who feel the need to take a stimulant or other drug just to keep up with the demand of their lifestyles. These uppers are found in some foods we ingest as well as things like diet pills and cigarettes. But the true reality is that after the initial shock, our bodies actually reverse and cause a loss of energy, headaches, and depression. Just the opposite of what we were trying to achieve.
So, what are toxins? Why are they harmful to us and how do they get into our bodies? There are really only two types of toxins, external, or often referred to exogenous, and internal, or endogenous. Exogenous come from outside sources such as pollution, drugs, smoke, etc…. A toxin that starts and replicates internally are things such as viruses and bacteria. Sometimes our own body can create a toxins which is then referred to as Autogenous.
The surefire way to eliminate these toxins from the body is through a body detox program. We are trying to rid the liver, kidneys, blood, and the colon from these toxins that have accumulated. The best and easiest way to rid your body is through natural body detox. Dieting naturally has many benefits, including changing your overall health on top of remove toxins. Fruits and vegetables are the most important part of a natural diet program.
While it is true that the body will restore itself naturally usually while you are asleep, but certain stimulants such as sugar should still be avoided. Sugar is a stimulant and used in a lot of fruit juices, so they should be avoided.
Naturally, the body detoxifies itself all day. Sleeping is when most of the toxins in your body are rid of naturally through your body’s own processes. The body will eliminate such toxins such as drug, stimulants, and pollution. You should try sipping a cup of green tea once in a while rather than the same two cups of coffee every morning. You can still get that morning rush with the tea without any harmful toxins as coffee produces.
Eat some natural fruit instead of taking diet pills to keep you going. Not only will fruits supply you with a stimulant, they contain agents which promote detoxification. Instead of the steak, have fish every now and then. Fish not only contains very little fat, it contains natural detoxifying agents also.
Before you start spending your money on every available pills that detox your body, try changing your diet first, you might be surprised. Your body will thank you and you’ll be able to accomplish more every day.
As with any fitness or diet program, always consult a qualified physician before starting, to make sure you’re healthy enough for such a regimen.
